HECTOR'39 is a bullet hell game made by 15citron over a few months for Hatsune Miku. You play as Miku, clearing various stages themed around NicoNico Douga references.

similar to their other game Rozen Diadem, there's several stages to clear with simple mechanics - a shoot and a big attack.

the game is short, around half an hour, with several difficulties. an exe (which I played) is available on the developer website.
